Tommy Gun History Lesson (Thompson Sub-machine Gun Display)

Source

I cannot even imagine the value of this entire collection!  Firing a Thompson is another one of those things on the bucket list that I cannot legally do...Oh Canada...*sighs*

More information on the Thompson Sub-Machine Gun can be found here.

  1. A very interesting history tour. I too would like to try one out as my father spoke of using the Thompson in WW2 and how it tended to climb up so you started low to one side and then pulled across your target for maximum effect. He said he used captured German ammunition so I guess he was talking about 9MM Luger rounds. Where can one try one outÉ

  2. I've heard much the same about the use of the Tommy Gun. I would love to know where to use one as well sir or ma'am...I would suspect somewhere in the US of A as you will not be able to in Canada!
