Gosh Dang Cheating Robot! (Video)

So apparently this Japanese robot has mastered Rock Paper Scissors and wins one hundred percent of the time...I guess that means they have robots now that can shoot you before you draw a weapon on them.

The magic in this is that the robot uses a high-speed camera and captures movement information at well over the rate of the human eye, and my assumption is the fast processor of the machine can slow down time in a sense, and react quicker than any mere human, 1ms apparently.
